I stayed at home in the library with my deerstalker hat, pipe in mouth and a letter opener.

I can't remember what did, simply because I care not for birthdays.

My 21st I didn't drink at the time, just remember one of my mate's showed up with a Vet who was miles out of his league, she spent most of the night talking to me rather than him.

I got drunk with loads of uni mates on a sunday night bar one who had an exam monday morning, then got drunk again when he was free to do so on monday evening.

Far far too much Sambuca...
