hi, im kinda new to the forums, just wanted to help choosing a good gaming monitor.

Budget: £160-180
Size: 22-24
Must have DVI connection

main use is gonna be gaming, just looking for a all round good monitor to last me a few years, and one that has a good returns policy. budget is kinda low tho.

any sugestions are welcome.
many thanks

I have the HP W2207 from Tesco for £190 , Bargain . Comes with 1080p HDMI connection built in , I watch all my Blu rays and the picture is perfect , its better than a lot of £700 plasma's iv seen , its really that good . and its Bargain at only £190.

I use a CIBOX 22 inch monitor (C2201). You can get one with just VGA connector, or one with both VGA and DVI. I have the DVI one :D

This cost me £170 from a computer shop. You can probably get it cheaper online.

Edit: and it has a 1-year (I think) collect-and-return warranty. So if it didn't work, you'd just phone up CIBOX and they come and pick it up.

This can't have a 1080p signal as it's only 1680 x 1050 res:confused: The 24" version would support this res,but not the 22"
