Hi,

Currently have a Samsung 22" 226bw which has a resolution of 1680x1050. I require an eyefinity setup so will need two monitors. It appears most 22" monitors have a native resolution of 1920x1080. Is this a problem? Will they look bad at 1680x1050? What about height? they need to be similar in height!
I understand a display Port is required on one monitor but I am happy to use an active adapter. I am also aware that my sammy has bad caps but so far I've not had any problems (3 years). I've been researching for weeks and have yet to come to a conclusion. I'm willing to spend around £150 per monitor! Sorry if your sick of reading these sort of questions but I would be grateful for your suggestions.

Many thanks

shouldn't look to bad i had 2 19 inch's and a 17inch in eyefinity, sure it was noticable but it was to bad i swaped gpu's since from ati to nvidia but thinking of going back for eyefinity
hope this helped :)

Thanks for that POWelly. I'll have a think about what to do...Go for 22" and not use native resolution or wait for 27" 120hz...

Any other ideas or views out there?

Im running eyefinity on a LG 22"(1680x1050) and 2 X Samsung 19"(1280x1024).

All running at a 1280x1024,and even at this 'lower' res (3840x1024) games are awesome.I never wanna go back to a single gaming screen.

So 3 x1680 will be GREAT!

Mines not perfect, but I luv it
