22"+ monitor with a webcam?

Any reasonable sized monitors with a built in webcam available at the moment?

Dell did do one about 2 years ago but had a look and they don't seem to have webcams now. Looking for around 22"-24"

You could try the Dell SP2309W; 23", 2048x1152, with webcam.
