Hi there!
I'm looking to buy a new monitor for my bedroom. As it will be the only screen in the room I'm looking for a sort of 'all in one' monitor. It's primary use will be for gaming but I'd also like it for TV/Blu-rays so hopefully I won't have to choose between one or the other.
Want
- 120Hz
- 23" or 24"
- HDMI port(s) for PS3/TiVo
- Good response time
Don't Care
- 3D
- Viewing angle
I've been looking at the following displays
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-164-SA&groupid=17&catid=1425&subcat= - Samsung S23A750D 23" 120Hz 3D Widescreen Ultra Thin LED Monitor - Glossy Black [LS23A750DS/EN]
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-051-BQ&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat= - Benq XL2420T 24" TRUE 120Hz 3D Vision 2 Widescreen LED Monitor - Black/Red
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-036-DE&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat= - Dell UltraSharp U2410 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Midnight Grey [860-10089]
Any advice is much appreciated.
On a related note, how do computer monitors handle TV anyway? I've never heard much about it.
