24, 1-4 dvd boxset

just looking for this and finding it some place for very little money, like £15 and thinking its way too cheap as online stores are doing each season for £20 each.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are with this? what price should i be looking at for the boxset brand new? anyone got any links to the picutre of it as the place i was looking people were posting random pictures of 24 dvds so i don't know what it looks like.

also im a guy who likes neat tidy dvds, and as this is only 1-4 how untidy will it be if i am to then get season 5 6 and however many more season there are and have them next to it? Is there going to be another boxset or something with the remaining seasons? is it best to wait it out and buy the whole 1-what ever season they end on boxset like with friends?
 
you can get season 1-4 in a box set and then 5 and 6 individually irc 1-4 was about £60 on offer when I got it.

so is there only ever going to be 6 seasons of 24?

How messy would the 5th and 6th season look next to the 1-4boxset? e.g. would it be like having 1-4 boxsets of friends, and 5-10 of just the single loose dvds?

or just wrapped together but is all the single boxes?

is this the boxset? if so wouldn't that look weird next to the next seasons all on there own
 
I've got the season 1-4 boxset (awesome Christmas present from my girlfriend last year), i think it was about £80 so £15 seems a bit suspect.

I doubt it would look too odd having seasons 5-6 as seperates next to it. Tbh is it really worth waiting for a season 1-6 boxset just to have it look a little better on your shelf?
 
My bad i have season 1-3 in a box set with season 4 next to it. First of i got just the seasons 1 box, it worked out cheaper to get the box set of season 1-3 instead of 2 and 3 :eek:
 
Im guessing there gonna be tv rips stuck onto dvd's, prolly cheap dvd's at that so you might have problems playing them, I would avoid if I were you - if it sounds to cheap to be true, it usualy is.
 
go to a shop and take a look if you're unsure - the box sets are around 20 quid each on amazon but I think if you buy one you get a second one cheaper, that's how we did it anyway.
 
I recently bought 1-4 and watched them all in 2weeks! having never seen the series before I am now hooked on Bauer and have just seen season 5 aswell. I managed to get 1-4 for £63 inc p&p and I am waiting to buy season 5 when its released, cheapest i have seen is £32, well worth it though!

Roll on January 07 when season 6 starts in the states
 
fox do offers now and again, the popular uk online gaming/dvd store sells them for 17.99 each season when they're doing it
