I've been running 3 x 1080p for eternity and it's time for me to move up. Ideally would want to buy 1 x the above and then two "lower quality" monitors flanking.
Not 144Hz, that's where your spec lets you down. It's an odd one, not much demand for that... never seen such a request. What's wrong with 27"? A few of those that meet your criteria.

Just too big for me. I had a U2715H recently but sold it off. Tried to get used to it but after half a year I couldn't. I sit like 50-60cm from my screens and 27" means I have to constantly move my head.
It's been a while since I used a TN panel so I'm unsure how they are nowadays. If they've gotten much better over the years then I'm probably open to it.
If TN then you can get a Dell S2417DG, or the AOC AGON AG241QX - these are both 1440p 144Hz 1ms. I think Acer make one as well.
I haven't used any of these monitors, so cannot comment on quality.
I feel you may get better value out of running 2 x 27" 1440p then 3 25" 1440p, but obviously, only you know what feels right size wise. There are VA and IPS monitors in 27" 144Hz.
