24/7 at this temp/load?

I plan to have my computer on pretty much all times at the below load/temps.

It's OCd to 4.5, and at this load is on 1.28v pretty much solidly.




Is it alright to run this continually? Never really ran a computer 24/7 before.
Note, my room temp is higher than normal at the moment, so take off a few degrees (Cooling down later!)

yes those temps are well below maximum temps.

did you overclock it yourself? if so what did you use to stress test?
Try either Prime95 or Intel burn test.

I OCCT/Prime/IBT'd it and it averaged at around 69-71 degrees after an hour+.


I was just wondering what the state of play was on constant medium load - I know it's fine short term on high load

you will be fine, i have seen some folders running @ 100% for 24/7
