Maybe you could ask the advertising company for one when they take them down? Yes I know that most people would just nick one, but it doesn't stop you asking.

My daughter is regularly getting free stuff from the library and various video outlets, which is why I can boast that I've had Vin Diesel laying down in the back of my car.

Look on the frame for the display

It will have the name of the company that owns it.

Probably Clear Channel, or JCDecaux - from there you can find out who's providing the posters.
