I don't know, I found it more suspicious that the CTU was always involved when everything happened, 8 times. And jack bauer always found the bad guys after exactly 24 hours, maybe they should look into that instead, its a bit suspicious.

Lets not forget though given the gap between the show finishing and now it will likely be the most stand alone story yet. While it would be great for the hardcore fans I'm sure the network will want it as accessible as possible for newcomers and casual fans .

Seasons 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 are my favourites. I didn't care much for 4, 6 and 8 (although there were some really good episodes in 8, but the season lacked consistency).

Part of the appeal of 24 is the fast pace mixed with lots of action, HBOs shows have a lot of strengths but those aren't them.

the fact that the white house was infiltrated and held hostage ruins that season for me.

apart from that it was a good season

pathetic how they swim underneath the white house. lasers installed under there as well. how much would that have cost???
