24 hour recovery around Shrewsbury/Whitchurch?

I don't have a clue about any of this crap, my dad has broke down on his bike in the middle of nowhere and I've tried Yellow pages but I can't see any decent 24 hour recovery places.

Does anyone know of any around there?

Will someone like AA recover even if hes not a member?

Call the AA tbh. They'll make you pay dearly seeing as you're in an emergency situation and a non member though...

I looked at them but when you click 24 hour recovery it says "information to follow"

I've tried the AA and RAC and they want £150 and we're not in a position to afford it.

If they cant fix the bike they will only take him 50 miles and he is 150 miles from home, I can't drive either.

He is on the a49 but it is pitch black there are no lights or signs. Somewhere between Shrewsbury and Whitchurch.

He drove from Hereford and got past Shrewsbury and the bike just died, he started it up again and it died again and now the battery is dead.

There is fuel and oil in.

It looks like you'll have to bite the bullet and call the AA/RAC

As far as emergency recovery goes if you're not an RAC/AA member t hen I would have thought that £150 is the going rate to be honest. People won't get out of bed for less!
