24 hour usage chairs?

I am looking for a 24 hour office chair as I have a job where I am sitting on my backside longer than 8 hours. Have searched the forum but I can't find any threads mentioning 24 hour usage chairs.
Does anybody here have one?

I am looking to spend £150 really however will spend a little more (not much lol) if the chair would be worth it.
Also if possible, I am after a leather one. Would it be possible at this price? Is a 24 hour one really needed or is it just the same as one that would last 8 hours?

Some advice would be appreciated

Do a search for 24 hour operators chair and you will find loads.. i have a leather one and its fantastic.. Was about £140 plus VAT

have alook in ikea they have some really good chairs cheap my chair is great but makes a noise when i lean backwards or forwards

I have an Ikea one and it's pretty good, really depends how good you want it and how much you want to spend.

I went through this decision process in July last year. I would recommend that you find somewhere that you can go to try the chairs... I found a local supplier and they had 5 or 6 that I could sit in and try - professional advice and guidance is invaluable. My shop even let me borrow one to test. I paid £300 in the end, but that's because the chair is so much better than the cheaper ones.

You need to find a good office supply shop near to you then go visit them... If your in the thing over 8 hours a day you owe it to yourself to do this properly.

I got an Aeron chair for £250

Dont know if you have a cosco near you but there are loads in there not cheap ones you need a good one. You can try them all out.
