24 inch Dell with no IPS glow?

I'd like to upgrade my Dell 2405 but my laptop is IPS and I had problems with IPS glow/backlight bleed.

I don't need the brand-spanking latest technology. I'm only doing web-browsing and coding.

Reading Amazon reviews it seems to be very hit & miss.

I saw something on TFTCentral about the latest 24 inch Dell monitor having worse IPS glow than the previous generation.

Is there a 24 inch Dell monitor which has less chance of IPS glow?

I'm not sure how the S, P and U vary according to IPS glow.

U is the top end and I have varying Dell monitors in the office. We think the U2419 is the best, colours are good and not noticeable IPS glow. Im thinking of buying two for my own use while we are at home.
