Hello, OC's, I want to know if there is going to be a likelyhood that more manufactures will be bringing out 24" IPS monitors for the gaming market.

I have a HD 6950 graphics card and want to get a 24" IPS screen with a res of 1920 x 1200, could some one recommend one good for gaming. I would also use the monitor for photography so I need it to have good colour reproduction also.

I have seen this Iiyama; http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-096-IY&groupid=17&catid=510

And wanted to know if any one has it and used it for gaming.

Or are there other similar monitors lower in price, or is it worth waiting a little longer for more IPS screens to come out?

I've just got the Dell U2412M as a replacement for the old monitor.

So far, i've found it fine for gaming, with no blur but will give it a proper testing later on. For any photographic work, i'd certainly recommend it, as it gives some great colours. The monitor also looks even better in real life than it does in the photos!

edit: Tried it there with GT5 on PS3, as well as Race 07 on the PC. Had no motion blur in either, and gave a brilliant picture with the playstation. I'd highly recommend it. :)
