24" Monitor for ~£250

My son bought this recently and I want to get him a decent monitor for his birthday next month.
Spec is:
Intel 8th Generation 3.6GHz Quad Core
8GB DDR4 RAM
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

He wants a 24".
What monitor would be a good match for that spec without breaking the budget...?
e.g. This one?

Thanks that does look a good choice. Is the 5ms response time a disadvantage or unlikely to notice in reality?
