Hi guys,

Can you help out with a 24" monitor please? Currently have a BenQ 24GL2450HM. Sadly it had a few dead pixels out of the box but weren't covered under the warranty (not enough dead pixels for the panel size) and it has now a couple of stuck sub pixels right in the middle of the screen.

Really not happy with it at all and don't have much spare cash for a replacement so soon after buying it (roughly 6-8 months ago).

I have roughly 100-150 quid to replace.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks for the reply fella. I'd rather avoid BenQ to be honest, having had issues with this one.

Not really after anything uber fancy, 60Hz is fine. Just need a solid and reliable monitor, have a hdmi output on my graphics card (R9 290X).

I'm after opinions on what are the best brands to buy (not bought a new monitor in ages before this one) in terms of quality and reliability as i'm well out of touch with screens.

Cheers.

I always say ASUS are a very good and reliable brand with high quality displays. I always go with Asus when looking for displays apart form my last buy of my BENQ's because the price was very good and i loved the design.
