Looking for any thoughts on a 24" monitor which I want to use as a 3rd monitor and it will really just for having a webpage(s) and the like open. I have 2 other monitors but I really want one that can pivot so that I can leave it in portrait mode as the 2 I currently have aren't adjustable in this way.
It's just to be something pretty bog standard as it's not for anything fancy. Given it would be at an angle I would think a VA or IPS panel would be better, and 60hz would be fine given the usage case. Don't care about brand or anything particularly fancy other than the ability to align it in portrait mode.
