24" Monitor with 178 viewing angles.

Hi,

I'm looking for a 24" monitor with good viewing angles and in a range of £250-300. Primarily for gaming.

Obviously I'd like to get a Hazro or the U2410, but they're just a bit too expensive for me.

Any suggestions?

I can probably stretch to about £350.

Any other suggestions? Are there any decent 27" screens out there like the Hazro?

8ms is fine, all this 2ms stuff is rubbish; my screen is rated around 12-14ms and i have no issues with it in games.

That's a nice monitor, but it only goes up to 1080 resolution.

If you are mainly gaming and want wide viewing angles then I would suggest going for the Dell U2311H. It's only 23in and 1080p, but it's a cracking monitor with really accurate colours and deals with motion well (due to well implemented overdrive). Here is a review.

If you want to go much bigger, maintain the image quality/viewing angles and still be able to play games well then you are in Hazro/U2410 territory.

If you can stretch to ~£350 and like the look of the hazro then it may be worth waiting to see if it goes on any temporary deals. When the new non-glass versions were released the WC cost £375.
