I went to a computer store recently named after a popular brand of exotic food available in high streets across britain.

I saw this amazing quality screen playing a movie trailer side by side with other monitors.

This patcular monitor was amazing quality, almost like oled, I think it was made by samsung.

It made the monitors next to it looks absoolte pants. The blacks were amazing and the colours on the screen really "popped" out.

I was awestruck from the quality of the screen.

I went back again to get the model no, but it was after 6 and they had closed.

I was wondering whether anyone else knows what I'm talking about, and can you give me a model number.

The store had it for around £500, probably mid 500. I think it should be cheaper online at around mid 400 if I earch around.

WIll ocuk stock them eventually??

I would have never spent that much money on a monitor, but after seeing it im completely amazed.

sorry, i was having difficulty locating this threrad in monitors, then i looked back into my post history and realised.

When i was posting I was looking for monitors section before posting i think i just saw "mo" and just clicked and posted.

yeah definately 24"

Maybe it's one of the monitors in that range.

They described is as led backlit. which was odd because I thought that led backlit was the "half led" models that just have led illumination.

and just led monitors were the ones that were fully led and use coloured bulbs to make up the pixels.

I'll go back to the store on monday and try and get the model no. I was surprised that the store was closed at 6 on Saturday.

I can confirm that the monitor was T23A750 and it was marketed more as a TV than a monitor but the quality of the display was staggering

Surveyor.. the monitor I saw was a small version of the ones you linked. 750 series
