24" or 30"

I currently have an X850 and so am a little out of the loop to how far performance has gone.

My new system will have an X1950XT-X Crossfire solution. The system will be for games and I am a big fan of eye candy so everything is always set to 11.

The question is will the new set up happily run with everything set to 11 on a 30" monitor or should I give it a head start and limit myself to the 24" ?

I doubt whether just about *any* graphics set up will play modern/new games with all eyecandy at 11 on a 30" monitor...

Also, I've heard a few people saying that the 30" Dell is actually *too* big and that you have to keep turning your head to see all the screen! I know at least one person who has actually changed from a 30" monitor to a 24" because it was too big.

That size of screen will be fine for games or as a tv if you are a few feet away from the screen tho...
