24" vs 27"

Fancy upgrading my old Samsung (SM 245b) 24" been looking at some budget stuff, not sure if it worth going for a new 24 or 27.

24 wise I was looking at two of these for dual screen

27 was just looking at a single, with the chance of getting a second one later.

Any other worth looking at Budget is about £150-200 ish.

I went from a 2407 24" 16:10 (1920 x 1200)
to a
2707 27" 16:10 screen (1920 x 1200)

I ended up using both at same time (when doing video / programming work)

Buy a 27" and use your 24" as well ?

Edit, remember that if you want to buy another 27" to match your first some, you may be on a time limit due to it possibly going out of production

I really like 16:10 , I wish they made more screens of this type (with g-sync would be great)

Aye would only be next month or so to pick up the second. Just seen some folks say images can look stretched out on a 27"

My current ress on my 24" is 1920x1200

If your going to 27" an IPS is a better option. I found the gamma shift much more noticeable on TNs that size.

Personally I wouldn't touch a 27" 1080p ever again, IMO you'll notice a decrease in image quality over your current monitor simply because the pixels would be bigger.
