Would a 240 monsta and a 140mm rad 55mm thick be enough to cool a 4690k @4.7 and a 290 @1100/1400, mostly @1000/1250, depending on what gaming im playing.

Atm i got 360 push up top, 140 pull front and a pa120.2 bottom pull/push, rear 140mm ran exhaust.

Im changing the pa120.2 to the monsta tomorrow, but wanted to get rid of the 360 and have the 3 fans pulling cool air into the case.

My load temps now are, cpu 55c and gpu is 50c.

The more rads, the merrier. I would just have your fans pulling air through the rad, your loop would stay much cooler and th air passing through would stay pretty cool. The problem with cutting down on rads if youll probably need to turn your fans up higher to compensate for less rad space.

The case is a phanteks enthoo pro, but had to take the hard drives cages and drive bays out so i could fit my d5 photon 170, i dont mind running my fans at high speed as wear headphones, im ganna try without the 360 1st but if temps are bad i will add the 360 again.

Need to find a way to mount my two hard drives now somehow.

This is how it looks now, but i think i will add the 360 to top of the outside of case.

Cpu at stock is 51c and gpu stock is 52c.

The hard drives seem to be doing some sort of balancing act, or is it an optical illusion.

And the cold tea coolent is unusual, could catch on :)

51c and 52c, is that under load ?

They're nice temps your getting. I had the same thought about your HDDs, i thought you had carefully balanced them on that fan :)

Cpu sits @ around 40c while gaming but spikes to 51c even now and then, gpu sits around 47c.

I wish i could balance them as that would be some skill ;)

Im thinking about sticking another 240 or 360 on top of case but not sure which one to use, it be the pa120.2 or a 35mm 360.

I think which ever just fits in easier. I've had a few of them pa120 of varying sizes, i think anyone whos been watercooling for a long time has. I think as long as you use a gasket theyre still solid rads.

Would a 360x35mm fit in with that rear fan in there?

With your temps been so low i would just leave it alone. If you have high SP fans i dont think the restrctive case top would matter too much, if they can manage to push air through a high FPI rad and a couple of dust filters they can push it though anything :)
