240 series with 250W psu?

My old gpu broke so am looking to buy a new one. I was looking at this model MSI GeForce GT 240 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Am not sure wether a 250W power suply can manage to power that and would it fit?

yes you'll be alright, the 240 series only draws 70W from the pcie slot, it dont require extra power

9500GT and 240 series have similar power consumptions so you should be OK.
