Sorting myself out an entire watercooling kit around the end of the month, to cool my i7 920 and 2x GTX260's in SLI.. Pretty much set on what blocks and res/pump to go with.

The problem is that its going into my much loved oldschool coolermaster (ATC-4000-SX1) which won't really take a triple rad, as its simply not big enough. I was wondering whether a double 240 with louder fans (noise not really an issue) would be worthwhile. As any 240 will go in the top once i've cut it out.

Alternativley, if a triple rad is the way to go, I may build myself an external radbox from polished sheet aluminium and do my own design... Just wondering whether the differences would be worth it?

Doubt a 240 will handle that lot for any type of OC but I may be wrong.
From what I've seen most People doing that much would Use a duel Loop.

you could always try with the 240 in the top of the case and If you need to add another rad use one of these to hang it off the back. depending on your case you may even be able to fit a 360 from it.
