2400mhz vs 3000mhz for Ryzen Productivity

So I'm aware of the ram speed debates with Ryzen and Infinity Fabric but a lot of it seems to be aimed at gaming performance. I'm wondering what the real-world difference would be for a Ryzen photo/video editing machine for the price difference? The price difference right now seems to be around £10-£15 but not sure how much it's worth it for software like Photoshop?

It's going to be a £700 build with a Ryzen 5 3600/3700X (or maybe 5600X depending on Black Friday) so looking to save some money where possible.

At £15 extra just get the faster one.

Modules with Micron Rev.E seem to have the best P/P these days.

Hi, I also just realised it's CL19.. I thought £42 was a bit too good to be true... 2666 CL19..

The cheapest 3600mhz kits would be best.

Where are they likely to fit in a budget build? I've put aside £50-£60 to spend on ram which is enough to grab something around 3200mhz now (found an Adata kit, 3200mhz C16 for £51).
