...and look between the panel and front bezel edge. Is the panel flush tight against the bezel all the way around the screen or does it gap slightly (maybe only 1mm) in the corners. I.e. is the panel stuck or taped to the front bezel or does it just sit behind it.
I'm just wondering because, in the act of clapping a small fly over the weekend that was buzzing around the vents on the side of my 2407 (it was a snap reaction since I had visions of him deciding to go take a look inside), I hit the far right side of my panel with the tip of my finger. Didn't do anything to the panel - nails are short thankfully - but, on getting up close and inspecting, I noticed the small gap all around and wondered if I had pushed the panel back from the bezel or dislodged it in some way. No issues at all with the screen, just my paranoia...
