asking this for mate, as his 2407 is not turning on at all.
he purchased it thru oc.uk some time ago and on dell sites it asks for a bar code number we tried inputting this and the numbers on the box which he kept. but it keeps on asking use if the number is valid. anyone know which numbers the site is akling for?




pretty sure this is ok but if its against the rules then mods please delete
 
Should be a code on the rear of the monitor. Most Dell stuff have a service tag.
