As per title, we are seeing 4k 240hz monitors, and 120 hz oled Tvs, do you think we will ever seen LG/Samsung put out a Oled monitor/TV with a 4k 240HZ refresh?, for those already on 240hz LCD, we want OLED goodness, but dropping down to 120hz is a big nono....once you browse/youtube and move windows around in 240hz there is no going back....

Any thoughts?

A little apples to oranges.
120 oled is much clearer in motion to a 120 lcd, mainly due to pixel response time.
I haven't had much experience with a 240 lcd but I wouldn't be surprised if the 120 and especially 175 oled screens will already look better in motion.
My 120 oled is definitely much clearer in motion than my 165 lcd.

Well to those above, I would say remember that refresh rate is not the same as response time, and when you watch slowed down videos, you can see a fast 240hz/240fps game on screen shows smoother movement than a 120hz & 120 fps oled does in the same scene.

Yup, why I said a little apples to oranges.
The lcd will show more frames, but the oled frames will be clearer without blur.
At same fps, no doubt the oled is best.
I think my point is, an oled doesn't need to be 240 to be on par, and you may find that 120 or 165 oled is enough to match the 240.
