24hour drinking = fiction? need a 24hr pub

all the scare mongers going on and on in the media about 24hour drinking, and nothing has really changed at all where i live, apart from a few clubs extending from 1am to 1:30am or changing from 2 till 3 instead.. etc..and charging more for those few extra minutes.... So anyway is there such thing as a 24hour pub????

im asking for one reason... Tomorrow (saturday the 11th) a few of my mates are off to Hammersmith palais, however once the club closes at 4or5am, we have nothing to do for 2 hours untill the first train (we arnt paying for a cab back to essex!!)

so, does anyone know of any 24hour pubs in or around Hammersmith? Or anywhere in London? lol

I know that there are very few places with a 24 hour license (about 1000 countrwide) and most of those will only use it on special occasions (new year, big sporting events, etc)
