Kingston's KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX is a kit of two 512M x 64-bit 4GB DDR3-1600MHz CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR3 FBGA components per module. Each module kit supports Intel® XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles). Total kit capacity is 8GB. Each module kit has been tested to run at DDR3-1600MHz at a low latency timing of 9-9-9-27 at 1.65V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333MHz timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.5V.

I've just realised to run at 1600mhz they need 1.65 volts. My plans.... ruined! :(

They run fine at 1.50v :)

Were building 1000+ plus systems per month with these with voltage at 1.50v and we've not had one single unit faulty or unable to do this yet. :)

These kits are pretty awsome!

I am pretty sure that ocuk say it was stable at 1.5V (why push memory up to 1.6V) look like u need to notch up vcore instead of memory ?

We find with the Kingston / Corsair the sweet spot for voltage is 1.40 - 1.60v, it varies from module to module, what motherboard etc.
