24inch 1080p IPS Monitor for productivity and movie watching not gaming

Can anyone recommend me a reasonably priced 24 inch IPS monitor for working and watching movies on? It basically needs just be a good picture and no gaming features are required.

Most monitors are leaned towards gaming so just ignore that part, Read some reviews on monitors you like.

Thanks @mickyflinn I'm personally a fan of LG monitors and was looking at the:

LG UltraGear 24GN600-B Full HD 24" IPS Gaming Monitor​

By the way this monitor is a gift for an elderly family member, so really needs to be about the picture quality and not the speed etc. It will be replacing a 12 year old LED screen so anything would be an upgrade over that.
