This price is unbeatable and remember this is an Asus card with 3yr warranty, one of the best brands on the market. :D

This isn't annoying in the slightest. Just got my Asus monitor and 3D Vision kit, but my GTX460 is only 2 weeks old. I'll loose probably £30 selling it on, then another £115 on top for the 480... not sure I can get away with that :(

EDIT: Actually, sod that. Just looked up some power consumption figures. Do-not-want! :eek: I'll wait for either a 2nd, cheap 460, or a good deal on a 570.

Hey,

Looking at reviews and as far as performance and power consumption goes - it seems to make the 560 ti a better buy? Any opinions? :) I've been longing to go back to green because I can't stand ATI drivers.

All depends on the resolution you play at - 480 and 560 are 'realtively' similar at 1680x1050 but when you push past this the 480 has the edge

What is the minimum psu required to run this??

Depends on what you've got in the rest of your case - if you have loads of hard drives, optical drives, a heavily overclocked CPU, fans, lots of memory etc. you might need your own nuclear power plant - the power requirements of this card aren't for the feint of heart and the short of wallet (when the bills come in).

Decent performance doesn't come cheap though!

Excellent cards I own one already from launch.

Better than a GTX570 as well more Vram & 384bit memory so slightly faster especially in games which need more bandwidth.

Thats insane! :eek::eek::eek:

If i still had my old Asus 480 i'd be going SLI without doubt.

When is the Asus 580 going to be on offer? :p
