£250-£300 Graphics Card?

Spending £300 will get you no extra compared to £250. However if you're willing to spend £323 then you can grab a R9 290, that's a tidy gain over the 280X/770.

Otherwise might as well spend to the lower end of your budget and get a 280X.

YOUR BASKET
1 x VTX3D Radeon R9 290 X-Edition 4096MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with Battlefield 4 Included £323.99
1 x MSI Geforce GTX 770 Lightning 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £269.99
1 x MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming Edition OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £259.99
Total : £863.57 (includes shipping : £8.00).

Agreed with the above, if you can stretch to an R9 290 then do so :) You can always make £20 back on the BF4 code too.

Thanks guys.

That R9 290 is VERY tempting.

Worth spending a few quid more for branded version for RMA etc?

I assume the actual cards/coolers are all reference at this stage?

RMA is done through OCUK for 2 years, the only disadvantage is you'll have to wait 4 weeks, as opposed to probs a week wait using MSI/Gigabyte etc, not something i'd say is worth £20 more, not when its already over your £300 limit.

The VTX also has a chance of unlocking to the 290X iirc?
