Got a mate whos system struggles to play wow to great, so its a bit old. He has about £250 to spend and the gamer bundle looks ok to me, but is it any good?

Dont think it has a graphics card though, so will need one of them too, 8800's still ok?

Need a MB, chip, mem, graphics, maybe a PSU too as he uses AMD atm and wants to go INTEL.

Anyideas.. apart from get more money lol..

Just because he's going from AMD to Intel does'nt neccessarily mean he needs a new psu. Unless of course it's an old, unbranded, low powered one. Anyway if he does'nt need a psu how about this:-

Only slightly over budget.

If he needs a psu then how about this:-

Only £10 over budget. If that's not good enough there is a Asus P5K P35 board in the B-grade section for just under £47. It's a bit pot luck as you may just get the board and nothing else though.

Very good specs, ty all for the info. Hecan keep his case/harddrive and thats about it i think. rest needs to be thrown in the bin, even wow on low everything struggles.

I will show him the spec by pastymuncher and see what he thinks, maybe he needs to spend a litle more on his PC this time :)

TY all.
