£250 to spend on Mobo, CPU and Memory

My Friend has approx £250 to spend on the above. He is looking at Arma 3 as the game he wants to play. He already has case etc and is looking to use my 570 once I upgrade. What would be the best for him? AMD or Intel etc?

he has said that he prefers intel for some reason, what would be that Intel set?

If he definitely won't be overclocking he can get an i5-4440 instead of the 4670k. It's locked, but around £35 cheaper.

If he's not OC'ing he doesn't need a Z87 board.

With a GTX570 though? I'd probably just take an FX8320 overclocked.

B85 is enough.

Fair enough, you can go B85/H81.
There should be newer chipsets soon like, I don't know if that includes a H91 etc.

There is a H97 due, along with the Z97 of course.
