Change the motherboard to a GA_P35C_DS3R. It'll overclock just as well but is more futureproof as it can take DDR3 as well as DDR2...

and it's cheaper.

Someone else only a couple of posts down wanted a £250 cpu/mobo/ram upgrade spec check and I did one there, and pretty much applies here so I'll link the screenshot here too. Only note being it's a little over budget coming in at £263 however includes delivery. Another note is that the RAM offer will probably end tomorrow lunchtime so if you were going to order I'd be hasty about it.
