2500K cooler question

Does the 2500K come with a heatsink cooler? As I saw some pictures on one of the reviews showing an Intel branded heatsink style cooler and the review said the 'K' chips will be coming with the heatsink style one.

So yeah, do you get the heatsink cooler with the 2500K? If not, how well does the cooler that you do get work? And can you get a decent overclock out of it? I won't be trying to push mine too far, I just want a decent (and stable) OC for gaming (I'm going to say 4GHz'ish) so if that can be done on the stock cooler then there's no reason to be looking for an after market one I guess.

My i5-2500k came with a basic heatsink/cooler and you could get about 4ghz out of it but your temps would be in the high 70s any higher would not be possible without going into the 80s and beyond.

So even if you bought a cheaper cooler like the freezer 7 rev2 you could still run at speeds of 4ghz and above while keeping the temps reasonable.

Basically the stock cooling is no good unless you do not mind running at 79C for 4ghz

I installed one yesterday and they are the most horrific things to install/un-install I have ever had the pleasure of doing. But yeah it does seem to keep it cool enough with the stock thermal paste. As for overclocking I don't really know.

Its adequate for the stock speeds, mine reached temps of 65C but overclocking is a definite no unless like I said you do not mind running in the high 70s.
