just to confirm guys my new stuff is on way,
if i want to get 4.0ghz out ov if all i have to do is change the multiplyer to 40 is this currect

Yes just up the multiplyer you should be ok with the stock heatsink & fan at that speed anything higher and you'd need a better cooler

Yea i thort that would be the case Is there anything i need to look out when setting up these parts ect?

Just take your time and take care when you remove the cover from the cpu socket and insert the cpu. The socket 1155 pins are very easy to accidentally bend, after inserting the cpu and closing the cover the locking lever will take a lot of force to lock down into position. You might also hear grating noises both are quite normal with this type of socket. As far as the ram goes just make sure the notch on the ram module is aligned with the key in the socket before you push the ram module home.
