what is the maximum safe temperature for the 2500k?

Had prime 95 running for a while now, temps not going above 66 degrees! I added another noctua 120mm fan to my h70 is this ok?

Mine is overclocked to 4.4Ghz and at full load runs in the mid to high 60s. I think the maximum rated temperature is around 100 but it's not advisable to go that high, or close to it.

ok, its only one core thats going this high the others are hovering aroound 60 degrees. Is this uneven thermal paste?

Intel recommends that you keep temps at 72c and under.
