250cc ideas

Why 250? The mpg is quite a bit worse than my Cbf125 especially considering most are only 21bhp. Also, tax is cheaper, insurance and 125s are easy to sell. Only downside is that they can be expensive to pick up. I have a full licence but find the 125 is perfect for small commutes. If you're commuting on the motorway you might as well go for a 500.

I would be doing the DAS as im 21. I just thought it would be silly for my relative inexperience to go for a big cc.

Saying that I had a go on my friends drz 400, so much fun but a bit jerky (probably me).

The Ninja 250r looks good as a first bike! thinking about doing my bike tests etc
