Friend has Dell optiflex 3020 (i5-4570) with

Standard 255W PSU Active PFC
or optional 255W up to 90%
Efficient PSU (80 PLUS Gold);
ENERGY STAR compliant,
Active PFC

this psu , would something like this 750ti would work ?

The only details of a 225w Dell psu I could find said that it had dual 12v rail's of 13A and 14A so it can actually deliver all of it's power on the 12v rails. To be honest, Dell's psu's aren't too bad really so it should be more than enough for that setup.

I have that exact model and as it does not require a 6 pin power connector as it runs via the PCI-E slot he should be golden
