256 or 512 Mem for ATI3650

I've pretty much decided I'm going for the ATI 3650 for my htpc but the question is how much mem do I need?

I can get the 256Mb version for £51(pick it up) or the 512Mb version for £61(delivered) Is the extra £10 worth the extra mem on this card? :confused:
 
OK, so I'll prolly get the 256 from ocuk (clicky) and pick it up on my way home tonight - I'm assuming that it comes with the special HDMI dongle?
