260 GTX SLI

I have an older geforce 260 gtx 216 cores and am considering buying another to put in SLI and would like to know whether I would actually see any performance increase or if I would be bottle necked by the CPU. My specs are as follows:

4GB Patriot PC2-6400 C4 Extreme Performance RAM
Palit 260 GTX
E6600 @ 3.00Ghz
Fatality FP-IN9 SLI Motherboard
600 watt OCZ PSU (only has 2 pci connectors, so I think this will need to be upgraded)
300 GB velociraptor

If you don't think that adding another graphics card will help, any suggestions for upgrades around the £250 mark would be greatly appreciated.

you could get one of the evga ones at the moment for 156 quid... I believe you can mix the max cores and 192's....
