i got that card 3 weeks ago

but it seems to work like crap my 9600 gso worked better wile playing my games for example hl2

i get around 60-100 fps were on my old card i got 70-120

iv updated the drivers and all and still no luck so i was wundering am i doing anething els rong or is it just a crap card ?

Did you tried other games as well, what PSU do you have.

im just confused coss my friend has a 8800 and he gets 200 fps

and i have a 750 evo psu

Are you using the same nVidia driver settings as the previous card? its possible your using higher quality settings or something.

same settings and using the drivers from the nvidia website but still having a lower fps then a 8800 kinda blows

If your CPU is the one in your sig and is at 2.1Ghz, there is your problem, a complete CPU bottleneck.

Yeah I agree...cpu bottleneck sounds about right. Have you tried overclocking that cpu.

never over clocked anething on this pc but wald love to but im afraid it will fry or stop working in some sota way seengs how iv no idear what im doing

Don't bother clocking now, get your i5 and watch that 260 rip.

i wald like to overclock but duno how and its a iffy if i can afford it it may be after xmass when i get it seengs how its only 3 months away >.<
