im currently overclocking my card, at 653/1501/1050 with folding@gpu on full its sitting at 60deg c.

Does this mean i have more overclock to go ? When i increase speeds i can hear the capacitators change pitch, is this a good or bad thing ?

My folding NS has gone up from 520 to 700 which is sweet :D

Yep plenty of more room to overclock with that!My core goes up to 739 but its then limited by the shader which wont allow the core to go over 739mhz unless the shader is over 1500. Your memory should also do 1200 mhz

seem to have reached the limit at 730/1565/1197 any more than that and folding pauses, yet temperature aint going up :S

Shader clock increases with 54Mhz intervals. Most cards will do 1458MHz the next being 1512MHz then 1566MHz.
Unlinked the core clock can usually be set to max 50% of shader clock but as F@H doesnt really use the ROP section of the chip this is not important (hence the lower temps)

Use ATItool to see if you get atrifacts above 1458Mhz. While F@H doesnt stress the full chip I'd still use these clocks as a guild for stability.

Edit:
Capacitator whine is ok :)
