27" 1080p monitor for son's PS4?

Hi all, my son is going to be allowed to have his ps4 in his room so we've agreed to buy him a monitor. I figured that 27" seems like a decent size but we don't want to spend too much so 1080p seems like the right choice (even though it's a ps4 pro, he can slum it at 1080p for now at least). Also, it'd be a bonus if it had speakers, even though he'll be using headphones 95% of the time...

60hz should be fine right? It doesn't have to have super fast response time but no visible ghosting etc is important.

edit: ideally thinking in the £130-£160 range
