27" 1440P 144Mhz Recommendations

Hello. I'm looking for 27" 1440P and 144Mhz monitor strictly for gaming. Any recommendations please?

Probably wouldn't bother looking at anything else.

The Dell is the cheaper of the two ordinarily.

Edit: just realised you're not necessarily looking for a G-Sync monitor.

Which GPU do you have?

That Dell seems to fit my requirements, thanks. I'm using a GTX 970 ATM but looking to get a 2080 when released.

Asus warranty puts me off but you're right it's a quality monitor.
