27" 4k monitor - possibly with Freesync and more than 60Hz?

Are there any good 27" 4k monitors out there that are Freesync (Gsync compatible) that have a refresh rate higher than 60Hz? I don't have very much money at all, unfortunately. £300 for the monitor is probably the best I can do.
 
what are you planning to use the 4K for ? if its for gaming that size is better going with 1440p with 144hz+ , with 4K at 27inch you aint really gonna notice much difference in quality and will be sacrificing fps

Not gaming (well rarely). Mainly for programming. I want to have 3 4k monitors. At the end of the day I can live with 60Hz and no Freesync or Gsync. They are just nice to have.
