Is there anything out there that matches these specs? 60hz is fine but higher is better.

Acer Nitro 4K. It's a lovely monitor and will do 120 Hz on a single DP cable.

60hz with VRR you'll be looking upto £450. High hz 4k like Quartz mentions you'll need to double your budget. That is the monitor I'm after - just having arguments with my wallet regards the cost. They say going from 60hz to over 120hz and you can run those framerates is one of the biggest visual upgrades you can have in gaming. You'll want a 2080ti ideally or turn some settings down.
