Hi all,
I'm looking to replace my current LG 27" 4K monitor once we've moved.
I have my LG monitor connected to my MBP for work and do a lot of coding / reading on it.
The issue I have with the LG is that the colors are "dim" it's super noticeable when moving a window from the LG screen to my MBP screen. The colors are a lot better on the MBP and any setting I try on LG screen just doesn't come close to the MBP screen.
I currently connect the LG display visa HDMI -> USB C dongle. I am not sure if that makes the colors worse but I somehow doubt it.
I can't take the monitor with me when I move; so I'll be purchasing a new one later this year.
Looking for recommendations on a good quality screen - doesn't have to be 4K - since I consume 95% text. But colors and clarity if super important. If it has a USB-C connection so I don't need a dongle, that would be great. But I am not sure that's a thing? Would be great to not need the dongle.
